Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with several large companies.
My biggest client to date is Pfizer (Pharmacia), where I have worked with M&A issues, divesting of subsidiaries, organization of R&D, start-up of a large production facility and other assignments.
I also work in team with my brother Fredrik Schlasberg who is a business lawyer. We primarily help clients in areas of litigation through mediation.
Consulting on Innovations
The innovation process is one of my main interests and expertise areas.
Costcutting and rightsizing can only take you that far. Real success depends on creativity and how you manage the innovation process.
I have first hand experience of a number of the woes and opportunities in the innovation process.
My sister company IDstories.se is a media company where we have developed an information service based on storytelling. IDstories AB produces and publishes AdStories that have a customer and IDstories that may have a sponsor. Information convenience is a key concept. The service is partly based on some of my own patents.
IDstories has over the years collaborated with among others Ericsson and Nokia. Nokia approached us, as we early took an interest in the potential of the NFC technology (Near Field Communication). See e.g this nomination for an innovation award.
